Welcome to week
twenty-seven! This week’s theme is: Dr. Seuss Week
Our
class is creating a class book. We are
having our book published by the Studentreasures company.
If you wish to order a copy of this book for yourself please complete
the order form that was sent home Friday and return it by tomorrow. If you do
not wish to order the book please still return your signed order form with the “no”
box checked so that we can earn a free copy of the book for our classroom
library. We need every student to return
an order form with either “yes” or “no” checked in order to receive a free book for the classroom library.
Tomorrow, Wednesday February 27th, is our field trip to the BYU Art Museum.
We will be leaving the school at 9:00 and returning at 12:30. We will eat a late lunch when we return. Feel free to send a small snack with your
child for them to eat when we have a break at the museum. This will be a very
exciting trip for our class!
Only a few more weeks left in our Box Top Contest! Keep sending in Box Tops to help second grade win our school contest! The grade with the most box tops per-capita on March 8th gets a "Uniform Free Day."
